50gIn a heatproof bowl set over a pot of gently simmering water, combine all your ingredients.
Whisk continuously for 7–10 minutes, until the mixture is thick, frothy, and silky. You’ll know it’s ready when the whisk leaves a trail on the surface that slowly folds back in.
Pour the warm zabaglione over slices of panettone and enjoy right away.
For an extra cozy touch, gently blow-torch the surface for a hint of toasty caramel flavor.
